Refund policy

At QARB we have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To start a return and refund procedure, you can contact us at info@qarb.eu. If your return and refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or without the correct shipping label will not be accepted.

Please note that to be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations & Exchanges

At QARB we strive for a quick and efficient processing of orders, therefore we can’t make amends to or cancel any order once you’ve placed it, this includes changes to the order, billing and/or delivery information.

In the event you wish to cancel or change the ordered products, please contact us for a refund of the order and you can make a separate purchase for the new order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Pre-orders

At QARB we are blessed with the amazing community of early adopters. Any pre-order placed at QARB will be processed at the moment the product is fully available. At that moment we will reach out to you complete the purchase.

In the event a deposit was charged at the pre-order, QARB will deduct the deposit of the final purchase amount at the time of completing the purchase. If you wish to cancel your pre-order, QARB will without any delay refund your deposit upon your request. Any such request can be sent to info@qarb.eu.
